Services
With over 12 years of experience and state-of-the-art machinery our team can offer a range of alloy wheel processes which can repair kerbing damage, scuffed alloys, dents, scratches, scuffs and dings by using Diamond Cutting and Painted techniques. Diamond cutting can be carried out on alloys up to 22" in size and painted on alloys from 10" up to 21" and larger.
We only specialise in alloy wheel repairs, which means Diamond Alloys can offer a premium range of services to bring your damaged alloy wheels back to life. Our state of the art refurbishment centre is well equipped with the latest machinery to offer a select range of services including Diamond cutting, standard refurbishment and custom refurbishment all designed to repair worn or kerbed alloys.
The Diamond Cutting process is a premium service that offers the finest finish for your alloy wheels. The precision cut applied to the rims removes only what is required, allowing more cuts compared to other alloy wheel refurbishment methods. The process involves cleaning your alloys using a specialist aqua jet machine which ensures all dirt, tar, and grit is removed completely before any repairs are carried out.
At Diamond Alloys we aim to offer the latest painting techniques, which is why we introduced powder coating alloy wheels and no longer offer a wet paint finish. But why is powder coating better? Powder coating alloy wheels provide a better finish than wet paint, it is more resistant to chipping, scratching, and other wear of the thermal bonding it undergoes during curing, and because it can be applied in much thicker layers.
The benefits of the powder coating process for consumers are simple, powder coating will make your wheels look better and last longer - not to mention its reduced environmental footprint! Many of the environmental challenges inherent in the traditional wet painting of alloy wheels are eliminated or minimised with the powder coating process.

Similar experience to someone below, left my car with Diamond Alloys for a wheel repair only to receive a call that my car had been damaged overnight. Diamond Alloys refused to take any responsibility leaving me with no car for over a month and having to make a claim on my own insurance.
I've spoken to several garages and insurance companies about this and none can believe that they are refusing responsibility.
"Use Diamond Alloys at your own risk"... literally their words, not mine.

AVOID AT ALL COST! WORST COMPANY EVER! went to get my alloys done, left my car and the same night they let my catalyst converter STOLEN! DID NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY AND HAD NO REMOSE AT ALL! THEIR RECEPTIONIST NAS EVEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO BE RUDE TO ME, TOLD ME TO JUST CALL MY INSURANCE TO SORT IT. DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING HERE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! DONT EVEN DESERVE A STAR. HORRIBLE COMPANY!

My alloy wheels were in a terrible condition : chipped , stained peeling and more. They came back to me looking like new , polished and gleaming , I am over the moon . And very reasonably proced for the excellent job they did. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The guys at Diamond took their time to go through my enquiry when I first called up, they advised clearly what they could and couldn't do (and why), didn't rush me and gave me what I felt was really honest advice and a great service. Including going through the different shades of black (gloss, silk, matt).
They did an incredible job on the full set of alloys, completely stripped down and refurbished, welded a crack in one wheel and powder coated silk black. The wheels look absolutely stunning and really aggressive which was what I was looking for.
Super pleased with the result. Thank you again

I had a steering wheel wobble at 60+ mph took my car to Audi who said i had a buckle in the rear wheel and it needed replacing at a cost of £1350!!
Found these guys online and gave them a call.
They asked that I leave it over night so i asked that they also repair a front alloy that i had hit a kerb.
Collected today and they said the buckle was so slight they repaired and balanced for free just charging me for the front alloy repair.
Just been on the motorway drives like a dream..would i use these guys again? absolutely! It is rare in this day and age to get honest businessmen.. Thanks Guys

Efficient and friendly staff. Had to drop my review a few months later as they over torqued two locking wheel nuts on passenger side, which unfortunately while trying to undo my tyre shop scratched. Cost £60 for replacement locking nuts at Audi dealership who had to drill it out. Cost me two half work days to take back and forth between the tyre place, dealership and then back to tyre shop.

I'm very happy with service provided by Diamond Alloys. They refurbished my diamond cut alloys last year and i was very pleased with result. I was back this year to do one alloy since I scratched it & they also changed my tyres. They prices are very reasonable and they approach professional. Dali was very friendly and team member who was handling my keys back pointed that since uneven old tyres wear wheels alignment is recommended. I did wheels alignment since then and it's appeared that my wheels were way off so that was good tip. I will be coming back for sure. Great job guys!
