Powder coating is an advanced finishing process that creates a tough finish also used by OEM manufacturers. It is extensively used in industrial finishing for a wide range of parts, materials, and products where a decorative and protective coating is required to protect the product from heat, cold, grime, scratching, corrosion or bleaching.
If we have the car on site it will be parked within our secure premises for the duration of the repair. The other option is that spare wheels are temporally fitted so that the car can stay on the road. The tyres are removed from the wheels and marked for precision & rotation, and tagged with the customer's name.
Although most of our wheels are powder coated, a diamond cut finish is often needed when the manufacturer's original wheel has a diamond cut finish. Took my Tesla in to fix the door handle and sorted the aircon issues - staffs there are super prompt and helpful. Booked a time for checks with them and they were able to fix the handle on the spot. Very easy to work with - certainly don't help my cars play up but if they do I certainly wouldn't mind going back to First Aid Wheels.

Excellent customer service. I came from Oxford to get exchanged silver powder coated alloys for my children's Range Rover Evoque. Kai kept me informed via email and cell phone regarding when the alloys will be ready to come in for the exchange. The price was very reasonable for the set of wheels. On meeting Kai, he was very friendly, polite and courteous. He also inspected my tyres for health and safety and legal requirements, as they were to be removed from the old alloys and put on the new alloys. Kai's team of workers were very nice to meet as well. I highly recommend this company for alloy

So far very nice place to visit. Lots of interesting things and options of wheels refurbishing given. Staff is very friendly as well. I'll add the photos when collect my wheels from them.
Update: Wheels looking stunning. I went from diamond cut to BMW ferric grey. I don't regret.

Shopped around for my alloy wheel refurbishment for a while until I was recommended this place. A little more expensive than my previous quotes but they all said they wouldn't be able to get them back to how they were. FAW gave me replacement tyres so I didn't have to leave the car over the weekend, when I picked them just now I was genuinely shocked at how my alloys have come out. You can see how damaged they were in the photos, they now look brand new. First class service - I would highly recommend them to anyone, especially with Diamond Cut alloys.
