Despite living over 3 hours away, we will only use Cooper Stott solicitors now for all our conveyancing transactions. We’ve consistently received a friendly, professional service from both James and Catherine who always seem to go that extra mile. Their expertise and experience and fast response time just make you feel that you are in safe hands.

We dealt with James & his assistant Catherine on two separate conveyancing transactions over the past year and found them a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They were extremely efficient throughout and responsive. Both transactions had a tight deadline and in my view, it was their professionalism that enabled them to complete on schedule (one of them ahead of schedule!) and in a seamless manner. We are based outside the of the UK, which we thought may cause difficulties, though with their help and support, everything ran smoothly. We would certainly engage them for any future work and

Cooper Stott handled our recent conveyancing and were prompt and professional throughout the entire process. Our chain was beset with delays due to incompetence of other solicitors in the process, but Katie was very agile in responding, plus very personable which is important when you need to be led through a process. Will definitely recommend and use again.

The human Solicitors! They have been looking after me for years, first Kathryn, now her son James. You are treated like someone they want to see, no pomp, like other Solicitors, and let's face it, you're often feeling vulnerable when you need a Solicitor. They have been wonderful sorting my divorce, my houses, my ever changing will. I can't recommend them highly enough

Superb firm. Very friendly, approachable and professional.
I instructed Cooper Stott to represent me when I bought my first flat. The transaction was made complicated by other parties involved as it was purchased as part of a shared ownership agreement. Throughout the entire transaction I found the team at Cooper Stott to be extremely professional and very approachable. This is a family run law firm and they seem to go the extra mile to assist you.
The fees are very fair and it was excellent value for money.
I would recommend them to anyone.
