Really disappointed with this pharmacy. I’ve been trying to buy all our stuff here to support local businesses even though it’s often more expensive than boots or Superdrug. But recently a product was recommended to me by the pharmacist for a heavy sum which upon further research, I discovered was inappropriate for what we needed. I was told I could return it by some people behind the counter on the weekend but that I would have to return during the week while the pharmacist was there. When I returned, I was told I could not return the item, despite the fact that it was unused and I had a receipt

Hey guys, I used to work there. You may remember me, I was the Chinese Assistant who used to welcome everybody with a singsong greeting and would always remember your name. This pharmacy and the staff working there will try their utmost to help you, please have patience and faith cos sometimes it will get busy and hectic. I should know, believe me!
