Collison Motoring Services Ltd is owned by Rob and Becky Collison, but run by a whole team's commitment to quality and customer service. Everyone at Collison's wants to preserve, restore and refresh your car or van, so that you can love the vehicle you drive.

Collison's are a licensed Class 3 & Class 4 MOT testing station based in Waterlooville and can test both petrol and diesel vehicles. We don't charge or put you to the hassle of 'pre-tests' instead fixing small items at the end of the MOT so that we can issue your pass without delaying you or charging for a separate MOT.
Ideal for well-maintained, low-mileage vehicles, this service covers 31 checks including an oil and filter change and a general health check of the main components on your car. Likely to be necessary every 12,000 miles or 12 months, this is a comprehensive service with 49 checks. It includes the replacement of engine oil, oil filter and air filter and an extensive range of checks to ensure optimum running of your vehicle.

We needed to hire a car from Australia for an upcoming trip to the UK. Connor was brilliant, he helped us with the paperwork needed for an international hire and made booking easy and stress free. Once in the UK we found picking up the car was quick and easy, and the cost was extremely reasonable. We were very happy with the car provided. We needed to change our hire dates and Collison's could not have been more accommodating. On returning the vehicle Jamie made check in fast and easy, and Kailyn processed the return paperwork quickly and efficiently. We would definitely hire a vehicle from Collison

Very disappointing, they seem to have lost the customer care side of things, was advised the locking wheel nut was not in the vehicle, since collecting it have found it in the glove box, when advising them of this no apology at all, just not interested, such a shame as have used them for many years.

Unfortunately, I had a minor accident in my car that needed repairing. I rang the garage and they told me I could bring it in straight away. After a short while, they rang me to say it was mended. Knowing how expensive car repairs can be, I braced myself for the bill! I was delighted when they told me there would be no charge! Collison's garage is one in a million and I can't recommend it strongly enough.

Car was booked in for a 36k service via the lease provider. Arrived for a while you wait booking to discover the lease company had not booked it in for a service, but to investigate the service light being on! Rob could not have been more helpful in contacting the lease company and ordering the parts to turn around what could have been a wasted trip. Car serviced, washed and returned to me in under 2 hours! There are a couple of coffee shops in walking distance and they also offered a car collection service for future bookings. I can not highly recommend the personal service and effort displayed

I found Collinson Motoring Services searching for a company in the Waterlooville area that could steam clean my engine.
I had spilt oil all over it and it was smoking whenever the engine got hot.
My call was answered by a lady with a friendly and a professional telephone manner able to talk me through the steam cleaning process and what would be involved.
She booked me in for a date that was convenient and I arranged to drop the car off. I even received an email reminder prior to the appointment.
I collected the car afterwards and the problem I had with the smell of engine oil burning and smelling

Collison were more than willing to solve an error which had occurred during the MOT repairs which involved the replacement of a fuel tank. As soon as I alerted Collinson of the issue, they booked my car in the following day to correct this and did so swiftly with good customer service.
