I went to two places to try and get a few dents knocked out and a respray and both would not do the work unless I paid out for the whole of one side of the car to be done. This is not what I wanted. These guys were great. I explained that I didnt expect perfection and just wanted it tidied up. For the price they have done great job. Better that I expected. Really impressed.

Below the lines you can see my initial review. However, I submitted this review prematurely as a few weeks later I was able to speak to the right people at Drive In. My problem was rectified to 100% satisfaction. I have changed my review score to match this.
The issue was understood and unnecessary costs for work that was carried out was refunded to me. Cath was very friendly and helpful.
It proves that from the top the company is insistent on providing excellent customer service, which although initially may have been missed, was ultimately given to me.
