These terms and conditions of business between Chalfont Nannies ("We", "Us" or "Our") and the employer ("You" or "Your") are deemed to be accepted by You by virtue of an introduction to You or engagement by You of a nanny, maternity nurse or mothers help ("the Nanny") by Us. These terms of business will apply whether or not the Nanny is engaged for the same type of work for which the Nanny was originally introduced by Us.
This is the section of our website dedicated to Parents looking to find the right person to look after and care for their Children. All applicants are subjected to a strict vetting process which ensures that we only pass you those CV's which merit your attention, saving you a lot of time and effort in the pre-screening process.
Our services are competitively priced and by using on line billing we have managed to maintain our prices at our 2010/2011 Rates. We do not charge for recommending candidates and there is no limit on how many recommendations and CVs that we send to you, instead we invoice you after the appointment has been made and the start date has commenced.

We booked Chalfont Nannies (Uxbridge) to provide the childcare for our wedding, it was all confirmed and the owner said that she herself would be attending with one other. They simply did not show up, we tried phoning all evening, no response. A number of wedding guests had to step in and miss the celebration. It was awful. We've given them a week to respond before posting a review but have yet to hear anything. They simply ignore every phone call and every email. Do not presume these guys will show up if booked.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Will never use again and do not recommend. In fact I advise avoiding at all costs! The nanny they sent was abysmal. She left the kitchen in a complete mess and didn't change my daughter's nappy the entire day. My attempts to communicate this to Jo were ignored. No apology and no follow up. I asked the nanny to leave 2 hours early but still paid her for the time booked. But I felt it wasn't right to pay for the last 2 hours commission to Jo. Any decent professional company would have offered that at the very least as a gesture of goodwill. What did Jo do..
