It is perfectly normal to question whether we are able to change a habit or another aspect of our behaviour. We have all done it. The way we behave and think has been learned through our experience of life. Many of those learned behaviours and thought patterns are useful, such as knowing that it hurts to touch something hot.
However, sometimes other patterns can be unhelpful, or even harmful. Therefore, the question is how to replace an unhelpful pattern with a positive one, releasing you from the problem. The answer is that it can usually be done, through hypnotherapy, and there is a simple explanation of how it works here.

Services
Since qualifying as a hypnotherapist, I have been able to make other positive changes to my own life as well as helping other people. My work covers all areas of hypnotherapy, but I focus on areas less commonly treated by other hypnotherapists. This includes pain management, tinnitus and IBS. For me, building rapport and a trusting relationship with my clients is the essential ingredient of a successful outcome.
Hypnotherapy is commonly used with all of the following conditions among many othrs. Please select from the list below for more information, or call Giles Norbury on 07799 625628. Thank you so much for your excellent sessions and for the marvellous CDs that helped me overcome the phobia - all very much appreciated.
The experience is that of deep and pleasant relaxation, usually retaining awareness of the environment. It is like that wonderful feeling when you wake up after a really good night's sleep. Technically, you remain in a state of consciousness. A clinical hypnotherapist neither can nor would make a patient do anything against their wishes.
The first appointment starts with you telling me about yourself, both generally and specifically in relation to your concern. We'll also discuss hypnosis, how it works and how it can be used to help you. You can ask any questions you want and, together, we'll agree the content of each hypnosis session before we do it.
For the sake of your privacy whilst online, we do not recommend giving details of any health condition. The Wellness Space is located in a beautiful old barn, conveniently located in the peaceful countryside on the Shropshire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire border. The easiest way to find us is using the brilliant What3words app on your phone.
