We've had a number of the products from Elglaze over the years. All of which we've been happy with. This weekend the lock failed on our front door and despite it being some years since it was fitted they've immediately set to and called a locksmith. Perhaps it shouldn't have failed, but these things happen. What is beyond reproach is the aftercare.

Composite Front Door.
I have had a number of Windows replaced by Elglaze, and have been more than happy, however the composite door that was installed has leaked from new. The work around when the door first leaked was to apply clear silicone around the windows. A year on and this "fix" has now failed, (peeled and flaked off) as well as the door surrounds cracking in several places.
As of 22/05/2018 Egalze have failed to contact me or return communications, despite numerous emails and IM's
04/06/2018. Have now been waiting 8 weeks for issue rectification. No communication. Don't hold your breath
