During the survey appointment we will take dimensions for all complete apertures, check the floor levels and discuss threshold options. We will discuss external finishes and standard fixing methods of our products and provide the most suitable set back and cill projections. We will also check the access points to establish if the products will need to be disassembled when delivered or if any specialist lifting equipment is required.
We love meeting our clients to discuss their project, either at our showrooms or one of the many exhibitions we attend each year. We also know that nothing can beat seeing our products for yourself and discussing them first hand; after all, you are making a big investment in your glazing solutions and need the right advice to choose the correct products for your needs.

Loved the windows - until one of them spontaneously shattered. Although they have a 10 year warranty on glass, this apparently is not covered! I'd certainly be careful about those T&Cs...and am certain I won't use them again.
Edit: I'd say that spontaneously shattering glass IS a defect with the glass performance

Overall underwhelmed.
It is a good product, but as mentioned on other recent reviews, it is not a complete service by any means!
I liked that the sales approach was not in any way pushy. The product is good. Communications with the company were effective. The fitting team were punctual, efficient and friendly.
However, it is down to the customer to fully prepare the aperture for the windows/doors being fitted. Further more, they do not have anything to do with the removal or disposal of the windows/doors that were previously in place.
As a company, they claim to be environmentally sensitive

Having had a brand new house built we chose Kloeber for our two front doors costing approximately £7000,00. We also paid extra for Kloeber to fit them but unfortunately the internal door couldn't be fitted as we had to wait for substantial internal works to be finished prior to fitting. Kloeber fitted the external door no problem and at our request placed the internal door onsite for storage until we could fit. Our building contractors have now fitted the internal door but unfortunately there was the entire locking mechanism / strip missing from the door which was not left onsite by the Kloeber
