The Old Library Day Nursery in Leamington Spa offers a friendly, safe, happy, home-from-home environment, caring for children from 2 years to 5 years. The team from Happy Days Day Nursery in Warwick are delighted to open our second childcare setting in Warwickshire, providing high quality childcare for children aged 2-5 years old.
The Old Library building has been beautifully renovated and brought back to life with fun and educational areas for children to explore and learn. The team at the Old Library Day Nursery in Leamington also run Happy Days Nursery in Warwick, which began as a home based childcare setting, ran by Joanne McCarthy, before expanding to open the Warwick Nursery premises in 2016.

I couldn’t reccomend this nursery enough! Such a loving caring placement. After a bad experience with a nursery which had cctv cameras I was very sceptical about sending my son to one without the added security/ even sending him to nursery at all!
We left our old nursery after being there only 2 months and was at Old Libray for around 2 years. My… son was a different child after attending this nursery. His speech and skills had been noticed to have a major difference within the first few weeks.

We would like to say thank you to The Old Library Nursery for looking after our Daniel who is at school now :) We see how much he loved going to nursery and everyone there. My son attended The Old Library Day Nursery for 18 months and, throughout that time, every member of staff displayed towards him warmth, patience and a genuine effort to get to know his strengths, weaknesses and interests. He would come out, every evening, chatting happily about the food he’d enjoyed and the activities they had done. The garden… facilities, in particular, were a favourite. Overall, with it being a smaller setting than many, I feel this nursery offers a really warm, child driven setting and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a nursery place

A lovely nursery with highly professional staff who also have the heart of a mother! Two of our little girls, age 4.5 and 2, are going there since April. Was love at the first sight when they saw that big red entrance door and fun followed week by week, despite the little one had difficulties getting used to the new routine. Amanda and the team… made miracle to help her settle in and a couple of weeks later she doesn't want to come home any more...... :) Olivia my older girl need to start school in September but already sad about leaving and making different plans how she could stay in the

We would highly recommend this lovely nursery which is welcoming, warm, and stimulating for the children. Like every other parent we wanted to make sure our little boy would be well looked after, and happy. Jo, Amanda, and Poppy have done a brilliant job of helping him settle in. The settling in process was very well organised as well as being… flexible for working parents. Considering it can be such a long day the staff do a great job of keeping the activities varied and enabling lots of learning opportunities. The food is really good too. My little boy won’t be left anywhere by himself

The Old Library nursery is so nice and cozy, where our children feel at home and have a great staff looking after them, teaching and helping them. I'd definitely recommend it, I was very apprehensive choosing a nursery for my son and I was looking for a place that would be great for him but also walking distance from home, and I found this gem that just recently opened. Everything is brand new/renovated. Thank you very much Jo and your staff for making him feel welcome and happy!! 🤗
