The staff went above and beyond to ensure our family had a great afternoon. The food was delicious, as always, the staff were all very friendly, helpful and accommodating ( there were 8 of us with 2 small children). We all had an absolutely fabulous relaxing time and made some wonderful memories. We will definitely go back!

We have had the experience of dining at this Restaurant 3 times and it’s become my most favorite Place to dine. Being from the United States of America, everything about this Restaurant is Elegant, the Staff… are always Attentive and Professional… absolutely exquisite service. We will keep coming back time and time again! - Eban Brown

It has great location where you can see the tower bridge magic, if you are sitting outside or have table next to window.
Food is average and service is good, that's all this place has to offer. Now it is your decision, do you want to eat an average French food with great location or want to have great food somewhere else with average cosy place.. personally I would only choose this if you have to impress your new date, marriage anniversary or enlighten your fragile relationship. Average bill could easily cross £200. You decide!!!

Just going through old reviews and saw this one...
It was a while ago but I did end up coming for dinner when I was in London with my wife. Great food and wine, and the service was friendly and professional.
After my initial experience I was left disappointed but I take that back now. It's not cheap but it's worth the price. If you can get in, I definitely recommend giving it a go. The area is fun too.

I've eaten at this place many times through the years. Love the location and the atmosphere, but the food was very disappointing. Expensive and extremely small portion sizes on starter, main and dessert. That might be ok if the flavors were amazing, but I must say the food was pretty bland. Very disappointing.

Was recommended this by a colleague, booked a table online and turned up 30 mins early. Had a drink at the bar, good views and settled for dinner with the A Le Carte menu. Food and wine was excellent, service was excellent given there was an issue with one of the dishes served which had to be returned. The restaurant and manager dealt with it perfectly.

I came here for a work do, to celebrate that someone had spent 30 years with the company. Given our budget I was surprised by the high quality of service and the beauty of the restaurant.
We were in the semi-private cellar room, a long table to sit all 16 of us and surrounded by the stock of wines. The room functions as a wine-shop/off license until around 8 or 9pm so for the most part of our meal people could have come in to buy wine etc. This certainly didn't detract from the area. Though the slight issue was that we were about as far away from the toilets as it was possible to be whilst

Out for a bit of a walk on the bank and decided we were a thirsty and we all wanted a sit down and a rest ( excuse for a drink really )
Wondered by and stopped in and the polite and friendly staff said we are closing soon... we said it was ok we just wanted a drink ,, they recommended the patio and we agreed.,
Service was first rate the chairs had some fur blankets on them and the outside heating made the patio quite comfortable actually
I would definitely go back and watch the world go by from that great location

Hmm! Now this is a tricky one, because I actually went to the Butlers Wharf Blackout Banquet, not really Le Pont De La Tour. The menu comprised a combination of dishes from all four restaurants along the riverside; Le Pont De La Tour, Blueprint Cafe, Cantina De la Pont and Butlers Wharf Chophouse.
Anyway, it was a very rainy weekend when we booked to go to the banquet. My friend and I were a bit wary about the night. We were quite relieved to see the banqueting table was set-up under a very sturdy marquee - phew!
Our marquee was set-up outside the Le Pont De La Tour. Seats were not reserved

Very disappointing. Came for the Butlers Wharf Banquet and after a 3 course meal, which I wouldn't exactly say qualifies as a banquet I'm still hungry and feel like I've only eaten a starter.
Upon arrival we were presented with a gin and tonic in a plastic bag containing a plastic goldfish. After waiting longer than anticipated to be served our starter, a crayfish salad arrived which was basically cherry tomatoes cut up and some crayfish thrown on top.
Following this was wood pigeon served with a turnip and beetroot, the pigeon seemed to be a bit tough and the sides were so
