A little corner of Italy in the heart of London. We are located in Westminster Bridge Road, Waterloo opposite Lambeth North Station and within walking distance of the South Bank's major attractions such as the London Eye and the Old Vic. We are also conveniently situated close to the Imperial War Museum, St Thomas' Hospital, County Hall, St George's Cathedral and Waterloo station.
If you want to have a business lunch or a romantic meal for two then Cotto is the place to go. Enjoy freshly prepared dishes, the finest wines and the perfect ambience, all accompanied by a service that is both friendly and warm. We cater for vegetarian, celiac and other allergies, however we do need prior notice so that we can cater for special requirements.

Maybe i'm biased because i'm extremely hungry but this is the best pizza I've ever had!! Huge fan of the Margarita & Fungi pizza. We went here because park plazas room service was non-responsive and it was close. But oh my goodness am I glad that the hotel wasn't responding because otherwise we would not have stumbled upon this cute and delicious place! :) The customer service was amazing and everyone was so sweet and kind.

I was walking around in London looking for food. Couldn't find the place that serves gluten-free food and then one day I walk by this place and the words catch my eye that's someone who struggles with gluten intolerance looking for the best gluten-free food.
So I went in check the place and the owner is super friendly and warm welcome and gives me a pizza.
That's the pizza was so good and satisfying and real heart. One of the best pizza I ever tasted in the long time. I will definitely be back in that place again.
The restaurant is a very cosy, traditional, warm place.
Thank you so much!

Finally, I've found a lovely, family run restaurant catered toward my needs as a coeliac! The owner himself has it so understands it all. Two separate kitchens. Homemade GF bread and cakes too! So, so friendly and hilarious. Was treated like a queen! Its so lovely to go out and feel 'normal' all food can be made non gluten top (in the other kitchen) really, really impressed! Thank you for a great experience. Hope to see you soon 😊

We had a wonderful, safe for coeliac, lunchtime meal here. GF pizza tasted just as good as regular plus the cake menu was fantastic. The owner was a delightful larger than life character who really brought life… to his restaurant! Highly recommended and would definitely return for tasty Italian food which is also gluten free as a bonus. also, really easy to find right opposite the tube!

We LOVE this place! Always reliable and consistent gluten free food. Not just pizza and spaghetti but a full menu which we don't usually get to have in our local Phx AZ area. The owner is super cool and makes sure to interact with you and meet your needs. Highly recommend and a highlight of our trip every time we go:)

Was very happy to see a big sign saying, that gluten intolerant customers welcome! It's very difficult to find a place that serves gluten free deserts. Had to leave in a disappointment as the owner told me to take my business elsewhere because I only wanted to order coffee and gluten-free dessert and no main meal. I guess they are making all their food in one big kettle.

A last minute, first time visit. I wanted to go to another restaurant, but it was unexpectedly closed. Plus it was close to my hotel. I have to echo several of the other reviews.
Customers were coming and going, but it was not that crowded when there, about 20:00. I had a daily soup special and a pasta dish. The food was good, but I thought very expensive, especially for the area. (£6.50 for a cup of soup!? £1 for bread!? I was surprised the glass of tap water was free.)
Service was dodgy at best. This point completely turned me off about the restaurant. I was seated quickly, but I had to

This is a great Italian place.
It's really close to my hotel, like walking distance. The service was really good. The manager was there too, & he was a nice & funny guy. My dad even got a photo with him.
The food tasted good. One of the servers handed out tasty complimentary bread rolls to everyone out of a large basket. Their minestrone soup was great. The penne spaghetti I got was decent.

This is a great place for gluten free, service is excellent and the owner is friendly and makes you feel at home. My husband is vegetarian and gluten free and it's difficult to find both in London restaurants outside Indian or Thai. I love seafood and meat and my meal at Cotto was also delicious. The ingredients are high quality and the price is reasonable by large city standards.

We have made multiple stops to Cotto over the years. We love this hidden gem! Fair priced, but high quality food. Tonight we enjoyed two glasses of house wine, a bottle of still water, one bowl of pasta e fagoli, and order of tortellini and an order of spaghetti bolognese, we finished the night off with a piece of tiramisu; our total with service charge was £52.
The soup was excellent, priced around £6 a bowl, the portion size was generous. A delicious broth with different types of beans and a lovely amount of pasta. The spaghetti was a good portion size as well, good flavor, but I would

feeling hunrgy after a long day touring the Roman Baths and The Ancient stonehedge is UK...we wandered off searching for a decent place to eat at 10pm at night...
found this place while going to a chicken place...lol.
we settled in and immediately i hear italian being spoken inside the restaurant. a good sign since it is being patronized by italian people inside.
we quickly ordered some comfort food, spaghetti carbonara with bacon and cheese, cotto( ham) pizza, and chicken risotto with tomato sauce!
while waiting for food, the servers and

Great experience from start to finish. Able to make a reservation 1 1/2 out. We got there early and were warmly greeted and sat. Owner personally chatted with us throughout the meal. Gluten free everything! It was amazing! The pasta was the best I ever had for gluten free. I even got ravioli- which is hardly ever a gf option. Delicious, relaxing, enjoyable around all around.

Was really excited about this place but extremely underwhelmed. If you are gluten free and expecting an amazing feast, please know the following: all of the menu comes gluten free optional, all of the gluten free pastas are corn based- to me, hard to digest. There are 3 totally non corn - fresh pasta dishes, the ravioli, gnocchi and something else. Do not buy a gluten free pizza here. It was in edible. Do not get the bread, they charge you for it. Overall, we were not happy and would not return.
Redeeming qualities - the celiac guy was friendly. The waitress was as well. The olive mix was nice

After visiting the London Eye, my brother, my nieces and I stopped in to eat. The manager/ owner(?) was really friendly and talked to us about our ethnic background.
This place does not have many beer options, but they do have many liquors on tap.
My brother and I shared a Salame pizza and Tortelloni panna e prosciutto and both were really good.
I'd definitely go back to this place to eat again.

I was impressed how many of the dishes were gluten free. My eggplant pasta was good and my husband loved the gluten free mushroom pasta. The owners easily accommodated us on a busy Friday night and they were really friendly, engaging us in conversation. They took a lot of pride in their food and service. I highly recommend.

My husband and I enjoyed the very delicious food and beautiful ambiance. I am gluten intolerant so I'm very glad I stumbled upon this place when I searched for gluten free food in London.
I ordered the gluten free minestrone soup and lasagna, and my husband had the calzone. It was super delicious. Someone came around before we ordered to offer us bread. Lucky for me they also have gluten free bread, which was warm and very good.
We also ordered the gluten free tiramisu for dessert and it was also very tasty.
The wait staff was very professional and lovely. Thanks for a great visit and if
