Went here as this shop must be one of the oldest toy shops in South Essex, friendly greeting as I walked in, staff were very helpful when I asked about something I was looking for, but not over bearing. Plenty of selection of toys, big range of Lego and good competitive pricing. If you want a more personal shopping go here, I'm sure you will not be disappointed. Plus supporting local shops.

Great little independent toy shop. They don't have all of the biggest, flashiest, loudest or most ostentatious toys (e.g. paw patrol hq which my kids are pestering me for) but they do have a really lovely selection. Very friendly staff too! A much nicer experience than smyths and you'll be supporting a local business so you can't really go wrong!

We came here at the weekend to have a look and start her Christmas list for santa.
She chose to get a sylvanian family mystery bag.
But she got the same one as she got the time before. She got upset and straight away the lovely man said let's sort that out for you. He asked her which one she wanted and he opened all the bags until he found the one she wanted.
Absolutely fantastic. Thanks again and we will see you soon.

We Visited Argosy Toys today all the way from Sunny Harwich ❤️ It was so lovely to go into a toy shop with a traditional toy shop feel, plenty of choice and the girls loved looking around at all the different toys and games! Staff were friendly and helpful! Atmosphere beats any big chained store will defo be back 🙌🏼🏆

My son absolutely loves going to Argosy Toys. The Lego there is amazing & the staff are so knowledgeable & friendly. He can go in and spend ages talking them about all the different types of Lego, going into real specifics. The staff are fantastic, they know their stuff & enthusiastic about what they do. He always come out with a smile on his face. He says Argosy Toys makes him so happy. Can’t ask for more can you!

Argosy toys has an amazing variety of great quality toys and games. When we lived in the uk it was a favourite. Now that we live abroad it’s a godsend. I still have lots of family in the Westcliff area and Argosy toys have wrapped and delivered to family for me. I order online which is super easy and I know the gifts will be great.

Argosy Toys is a wonderful family run independent toy store located in Westcliff-on- Sea that we love to visit with our boys when we are in the area. They sell a vast selection of toys to suit children of all ages at great prices and you can often find unique/ hard to come by items in store. They are an Aladdin's cave of toys stocking so many different ranges under ine roof. The staff are all friendly and attentive and are always happy to help if you need it. A highly recommended toy shop, we always leave having a wonderful experience
