Terrible experience with this shop, they have a website that according to them is a separate company but they direct you to said site on their receipt. But if you purchase is store they won't refund and will only exchange or credit note and this is only stated on a tiny frame not next to the till or in your eye-line. We haven't refund in 24 year they said like it was something to be proud of. The guy serving was arrogant as he said I could refund but choose not to.

I recently placed my first order with Purple Sunrise. Based on that experience, it won't be the last. And here's why:
I needed pre-sale advice and it was willingly available from the owner who was highly professional and very friendly
The website displays a wide range of very high quality products with keen prices. An added bonus is the low £20 minimum order value for free delivery.
The site is easy to navigate and the checkout process is intuitive.
My order was delivered in 2 business days and was very well packed - with two further lovely surprises.

Absolutely gorgeous shop but was left somewhat dumbfounded by the response to my question regarding whether a product was vegan or not. Seems somewhat risky to dress down the entire concept of veganism as "irritating" to the actual customer who was asking about it.
I'm no preacher when it comes to veganism, but you've gotta be careful what you say to customers. Very odd.

My favourite shop in town! Everything you could think of to bring spiritual glimmer and energy into the home from candles, incense, furniture and much more combined with lovely customer service every single visit. Always a wonderful vibe in the store and great music playing that I can never stop tapping my feet to😃✨

This is a great gift shop and certainly needed this side of town. It has a good card section which has a real variety, not just your usual selection. It sells Yankee candles and has a lovely section of new baby gifts. There are also lots of the usual sort of gifts - frames, mirrors, little trinket boxes etc.
The far side of the shop sells home furnishing goods - including wooden furniture, lighting etc. Although there is a lot of stick it is quite hard to get around the small space.
Outside the front of the shop seasonal outdoor goods are displayed such as chimineras and mobiles.
