Bringing brilliance to discovery. Sirigen's name has its roots in the star Sirius, the brightest in the night sky, and the word genesis. Harnessing the power of novel light-harvesting polymeric materials, Sirigen's amplification technology offers High Sensitivity Fluorescence (HSF) detection to the Diagnostic and Life Science marketplaces.

Sirigen's versatile and HSF technology simplifies sample processing and instrumentation requirements in both immunodiagnostic and nucleic acid based applications, and facilitates high volume screening in theradiagnostics and other personal care applications.
Services
Sirigen's technology drives simple, low cost, near patient testing. Bright reporters provide highly sensitive and rapid results with either visual detection or low cost, low power, hand held reader devices. High Sensitivity Fluorescence provides greater sensitivity and permits analysis of more markers for the investigation and management of diseases like HIV and leukemia, providing more meaningful information about disease earlier.
Sirigen has introduced a range of fluorescent polymers delivering PE levels of performance off the violet laser. Conjugates made with these products exhibit up to 10 fold improvements in stain index in flow cytometry over those made with dyes such as Pacific Blue(R) and are compatible with standard staining and analysis protocols.
Sirigen's High Sensitivity Fluorescence technology is platform agnostic and applicable to a wide range of assay formats. Depending on specific requirements there may already be a HSF polymer well matched to your needs but if not we'd be pleased to discuss the modifications or developments that you require in further detail.
In 2000 the Nobel Prize in Chemistry was awarded for the discovery of a unique class of conducting polymer materials which are revolutionizing the electronic and display industries and are the foundation of Sirigen's technology. Fluorescent detection is the method of choice for numerous Diagnostic and Research applications.
