Good company to work for,old school attitude & ethics,if ya good at ya job,look after and respect the kit ya given to operate,you too will earn respect and gratitude deserved. I wanted to hire a long reach excavator and driver for about 2 weeks in October. Over the course of 5 weeks I phoned 5 times, each time the receptionist said she would get a manager to call back. No-one ever did, and the 6th time I called, I complained about this, whereupon the receptionist got shirty and said she didn't want my business. Appalling customer service, avoid dealing with this company

We hired an Hyundai R145 to use when we were building our house we even asked if they could supply a driver and were so happy with the service it turned up at the time we had asked for and it arrived nearly to the minute ok so he was 5 minutes early and had time to drink a cuppa tea have to say a really nice fella likes his tea but got the job done
