JK Schoolwear and Workwear has been serving North and South Tyneside for over 30 years and the company is very well known in the area for its excellent school clothing supplies, embroidery services and workwear supplies. The JK is the initials of the founder, John Knowles, and in 2009, John decided that it was time to expose the company to a greater audience on the internet, by having a website created.
The name JK Schoolwear and Workwear Ltd aptly describes the business's activity. John remarked It is very important now to have a presence on the internet. Many of our new customers have remarked that they would have been buying from us a long time ago - if only they had known our shop was here!

Bought a black blazer 6 weeks ago I put this on a cool wash to freshen up before Xmas the colour has run out I tried to return this and all I got back was "nothing wrong with it " when clearly the colour has run wouldntbexchange or anything I now need to go to another school shop to purchase a new blazer I will never purchase from this shop again so rude .....its OK when you are spending 150 pounds on uniform first but if you have to return anything the attitude is totally shocking.
Sorry but who in there right mind would use BLEACH on there child's blazer I will put a photo on and will be taking

Ordered my son’s school polo shirts over two weeks before term started. No message and no communication so my wife went to the shop on Saturday to find out where they were. Not ready but apparently they don’t guarantee anything and seemingly 3 weeks is an acceptable timescale, especially when payment (in full) has been taken. And to make matters worse, when my wife asked why, the owner (from we behind a curtain and without the minerals or customer service skills to discuss the matter face to face) shouted that it wasn’t her problem and they would be ready next week. School starts in 2 days

Rude, pushy and inconsiderate staff , telling us we have had weeks to sort school uniform when we went in for our child's school uniform and you ran out of jumpers. Do you realise people have different circumstances especially during this time many people can't afford the uniform untill last minute ! Clearly lack in customer service. We would of came back when you had stock and had been coming every year. But we will be going elsewhere now
