Our customers are at the centre of everything we do. We strive to exceed customer expectation by ensuring we only sell top quality garments on our website and that all orders are quality checked before they leave the warehouse. Customise It Now started it's journey in a spare bedroom in the home of Managing Director, Emma, who still plays an integral part in the day to day running of the business.

Less than a decade on we have filled a 3000 square foot premises with the need for more space within the next year. Our staff recieve regular training & development opportunities, which adds to their drive to work hard and take pride in their role. Our embroidery team are highly skilled & the embroidered garments we produce are second to none.

Our story Report

It all started as many great things start, in a spare bedroom in their home. Young couple Emma & Thomas already had successful careers in the workwear industry, but felt that something was missing! Customers were being overwhelmed with the huge amount of similar products offered to them and had no way of knowing which were the best quality.

Embroidery is both timeless and hardwearing and is used for workwear in a wide range of industries. This durable and long lasting transfer is mainly used for large text and is often applied to the back of garments. Digitally printed transfers, know in the industry as Versacamm, are perfect for printing full colour designs to display on your garments.

A few slight changes and it was approved.
