He has been incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in both making us feel at ease and finding solutions to fit our budget. The team at bathrooms by design have been amazing helping us through the remodeling of two bathrooms in our house. Chris and Roxanne in the Richmond store have been so helpful with the initial design and then with making changes - even last minute nothing is too much trouble. The delivery team were also very helpful and Rubi was able to move our slot to suit the bathroom installers multiple times! Overall, a great experience, fantastic quality and a good price. We were very happy with our bathroom design and advice around this. However, our overriding experience has been that Bathrooms By Design were very keen to sell, but not so good at following through with the supply of our bathroom in time for the bathroom fitters. It has been a constant effort to stay on top of this and some of the products still haven’t arrived, despite ordering and paying for them at least three months ago. The delivery was less than seamless with one driver turning up and refusing to help carry the items into even a ground floor room (despite assurances from the delivery company

Stay well clear! They delivered incorrect tiles, despite being correct on the delivery note. When we halted work to get them removed, BBD didn't want to know. Refused to accept responsibility for their picking error & suggested I should have opened all 30 boxes & checked the colour. Unbelievably, the wrong basin was also delivered (again correct on the manifest) and installed before we noticed. This caused massive stress, delays & ultimately left a bad taste in the mouth. BBD refused to accept any responsibility & have offered no compensation.
