I do not recommend purchasing from Alternative Bathrooms Ealing. One star is generous. I regret ordering my bathroom through them.
We had countless problems on a very small bathroom order- wrong items delivered, deliveries not turning up on the day they were due to, missing items, a used item which had to be exchanged and incorrect information being given on products. Every time a product had to be replaced it took several calls/emails to chase fixing it and then to chase delivery- no updates were ever provided on timelines or if things were even being looked into.
The company has no urgency

I don't normally write review but Yogesh at Alternative Bathrooms in Brentford has been incredible for end-to-end service level. From good advice, to super responsive after care, He has been 5 star in my opinion. If you want straight talking, great ideas and well priced products - go see him and alternative bathroom. Highly recommended.
