Absolutely Stellar service. Dealt with Julian and couldn’t have been a simpler, more pleasurable and swift transaction. From advice to placing an order & timeframes everything was accounted for and communicated to me clearly. It’s hard to come across honest and reliable company’s / businesses these days which makes Balance really stand out. The cams even came sooner than the anticipated date even during these crazy times.

I'm sure this company provides a good quality service to most but from my experience they were very rude! I was inquiring about some custom springs for my coilovers and was rudely corrected on my wrong terminology/spelling, I'm not a motorsports expert and am also severly dyslexic. They need to sort out their customer service 😤

My Gen 3 Mini Cooper S 2 litre Exclusive was nearly perfect except for the rock hard suspension. Julian patiently took all the time needed, by email and telephone, to discuss the options and we agreed on the Koni Special Active dampers, which he then sourced for me and arranged for Balance Motor Works to install.
His advice was good; the Konis have transformed the ride, removing those bone jarring thumps over potholes and other rough surfaces and, if anything, improving the handling at speed.

Just bought my second set of Bilstein dampers and Eibach springs from Julian at Balance Motorsport and I'm well chuffed. Superb products, excellent knowledge (Julian really makes an effort to ensure you get what you want/need), super-fast delivery and good old customer service with a personal touch. Julian even remembered fitting the parts to my old car around six years ago!
