After sales service is disgusting, in this pandemic. Selling faulty parts, which broke after fitting it, now I’m told the part has some scratches on it,and it was fitted with force.so we have send it back to manufacture, for them to decide whether I can get money back.bearing in mind I’ve bought the same part from m.b. And I don’t have any problems with it breaking or using any force after fitting it. I will never buy from this company again, and I will tell everyone what the level of service you provide. So you selling goods which are not fit for use. Under the sales goods act 1974.

Was supplied a steering rack through BMG Autoparts for a w164 mercedes ml 320 from a supplier named Shaftec. The steering rack failed now 5 times. two separate mechanics have put sole blame on the part failing as opposed to other problems with the vehicle. Kept getting a replacement under warranty that kept failing: 5 times in 1 year! the last one failed after 2000 miles. now they refuse to supply a part that actually works or give a refund.

I use this company on a fairly regular basis, always very helpful to advise you and if they haven't got it, they will source the part. Delivery for the trade is excellent, the whole company is far ahead of Euro car parts, that's for sure - FACT.
