They are supported by Ami-Jo Bailey who has been with Phillips since 2011 and Zoey Berry who has been with Phillips since 2010. At Phillips Solicitors we really are a team and work together to ensure you receive the best representation and service possible. All of our solicitors are experienced in working on a full range of cases from those relatively minor to the most serious and complex.
Mark has over 20 years experience as a solicitor dealing with family matters. Before practising as a lawyer Mark had worked as a welfare rights officer and was a qualified social worker. He has been an accredited specialist in children matters since 2000. Mark specialises in representing parents in care proceedings and Public Law matters however complex or serious those cases may be.
Gisele has worked at Phillips since 2004 and is based at our Shirebrook office. She completed her training contract at the firm and qualified as a solicitor in 2005. Gisele joined the Conveyancing department in 2006, became head of department in 2014 and was made a partner in 2020. Gisele is able to deal with all residential transactions including purchases, sales, shared ownership and leasehold matters.
Our Wills and Probate team consists of Donna Hawkins and Sulma Mansuri who typically work collaboratively. Donna has a wealth of knowledge in all of the services we offer and will typically deal with your matter from beginning to end. She has worked in this department since 2006 and consistently receives positive feedback for her work and how she supports people going through some of the most difficult times of their lives.
As expert criminal law solicitors in Mansfield, all solicitors in the Criminal team are experienced in offering support, advice and representation in the Police Station, Magistrates' Court and Crown Court. Phillips carried out the conveyancing on my recent house purchase and I couldn’t be more pleased with the job they did.
