We were provided an excellent service, great communication, prompt delivery & collection, would definitely recommend and use again when required. From Manchester airport for the rugby World Cup. We were provided a brilliant service, the minibus was waiting for us upon arrival at the airport. I was able to easily extend the hire for an extra fees days which made a great help to my trip.

Terms of Hire Report

A full valid drivers licence which has been held for at least one year must be produced at the time of hire. New DVLA Photo Card Licence - This type of licence can only be accepted with both the Photo Card and Counterpart Document. Overseas hirers must produce a licence valid in their own country which can be understood by our Rental Agents, or an International Driving Permit.

The worst rental company I have ever seen. Scots who hate immigrants. a month ago gave the car for rent and just wanted to take it again to the 24h van and now categorically refuses to give. I do not recommend this company to anyone, they will not go far with such an attitude. and even more, they ruined my move to other house by telling me to give a second time.

Brilliant customer service! Really responsive and ready to answer all our questions around hiring during the pandemic! Minibus dropped off and picked up at the time promised, all good.

We hired the mini bus for the second time this year to go to France for 2 weeks. It was dropped off at our door the day before departure. It was immaculate, comfortable and well priced. The staff are great so thank you for brilliant service and we will be in touch next year.
