Very disappointed. Avoid
Update since reply: I wanted to avoid writing this part as I felt giving my stars was enough but since your reply I feel that I now need to defend myself and say how I feel. I deny fully damaging the van myself - as I explained it may have been done by someone else. It was the way I was spoken to that bothered me, which changed when I called my husband to get him to come out the car. I can see from a previous review that I’m not the only young woman to have felt this way. The scratch was not bad and the dent which I couldn’t even see may or may not have been there

This is the best company I've ever hired from. I saw the positive reviews on here and was thinking 'aye right that'll be his mates or something' but they really are that good.
Booking: You have to fill out an enquiry form which puts me off a bit, I prefer 'Book Now' and then receive the confirmation email. It was no bother though, just a very short form and the response was really quick.
Pick up: This is where it gets good. First up it's a nice office with seats(!), and not some scabbie portakabin. I've hired from some bad companies but also some decent ones - getting your hands on the van keys

Good competitive prices, best prices I found locally. Great communication & friendly service. Happy to help. Busy time of year (June- house moves) & as with most van hire places, few days wait to book bigger LWB van & for 24 hours. The wait was over weekend too though. However could have booked a smaller van sooner &/or for shorter time.
Booked for time convenient to ourselves. Good experience, filling out paperwork, shown around the van & explained everything to us.
Van was good condition and clean.
Only £5 extra for additional driver.
