All 5 stars are for Nathan. Nathan is the motability expert. A very personable and engaging young man. I was late for the appointment (flat tyre 🤦🏻♀️). Nathan reassured me quickly that he had ample time for our meeting. He was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything in detail, setting out all the options available, to the point that when it came to my having any questions, there were none! Over the past week or so I have had help from Larry, in the Ford branch in Lisburn. Picked up a second hand Skoda which I didn't think I'd ever get! Larry helped me along the way and his customer service was outstanding! I also got some amazing help from Dave the business manager and other members of the team. As someone who isn't car savvy, Larry and the team helped me feel so at ease. Highly recommend!
