Both Philip and Michael were very easy to deal with, the service was excellent and very friendly, these guys make buying a second had car easy, thank you both and the car is lovely, very happy. Picked up an Audi A6 from Philip in Lakeside Auto last week, due to the restrictions etc. I had to do deal mostly over phone and email, Philip couldn't have been more helpful and guided me through it all.

I had a great experience the first day that I arrived at this car sales establishment. Phil and Michael made me feel very welcome even before I had decided to show any interest in any particular vehicle. I had my eye on a little Porsche Boxster so took a test drive and I was smitten almost immediately. I put a deposit on the car then I spoke to the guys and asked the if they would store it for me until I was able to pay balance, that was not a problem for them and they accommodated my request.
