I am incredibly fussy and have been looking for an Astra for months now.
Having seen one or two about, I dropped in one day when passing.
Dealt with Simon Trotter and the experience has been exceptional from start to finish.
Simon was in no way pushy, gave excellent guidance and I now own a lovely 2016 Astra that is my pride and joy.
Had a small issue with a light and a slightly off centre steering wheel. One call to Simon and it was all sorted within days.
I've read some of the negative reviews and to be honest I'm surprised. My experience has been fantastic and the aftercare is amazing.

I will not be purchasing ever again from Ballyrobert. They know nothing about aftersales service and the car I bought from them at £20,000 had not been valeted and was covered in scratches. When I pointed that out to them I was told I had bought a second hand car. The star I have awarded is for the decency and civility received from Chris, a salesman we had not, unfortunately, bought from. He could teach his peers a lesson!

I purchased a car about 2 months ago which they told me car is at perfect condition with home delivery option. the car delivered to me was with 2 burst front speakers, screw on the tyre, stolen/lost repair kit, scratches on the body.
car is under manufacturer warranty but they don't cover anything or they dont respond my emails.
i sent the reports to seller from tyre repair company and mazda dealer service about their findings but seller representative (GREG BROWN) play hide and seek to me.
the buyers should thinks twice before buying any car from this dealer! and what is manufacturer warranty

When using PCP, you should explain that the contract is for it length. Dont say come back at any point to exchange. I've now tried twice to exchange the car over the period of 10 month difference resulting in being told I need to pay upwards for £1000 the first time and now £1300 to be able to do so. Basically I will wait to the end of the contract to exchange the vehicle. The car is in great condition and been looked after so this is not the issue. At 4 years old this is the issue. Similar cars of age on the lot are valued around £2 - 3000 more than what was offered
