Awful... Fleur Telecom are the worst ISP I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. I'm giving 1 star as their technical team do try to be helpful. Their customer service sees a complaint as vexatious and that the customer is the problem. Unhelpful, unwilling to work with their customers, patronising and high handed... How dare a customer have the 'audacity' to ask for a reliable service...? I have experienced 0.3Mbs download per second for 2 months! But if you make a complaint you will get fobbed off and made to feel like it is somehow your fault! Avoid!!!!

Terrible. Been a customer for a long time, previously Talktalk and pushed across. Had no telecoms for 7 days now. An invoice was disputed which we paid, and told it would take 24 hours to be switched on. 7 days later nothing. We are a business that needs the phone for suppliers. Called just now, spoke to a very sarcastic, and clueless lady who had no customer service skills, no apology, all sarcasm. She said it takes up to 10 days. 10 days to switch on?! Takes the mick. We are losing calls. Fuming, and asked to speak to the manager in which she said They arent here. She will organise a call back

I wish I could give 0 stars!! My 84-yr-old father's phone line has not been functioning properly for well over a week!! fleur originally sent an engineer out who said it needed underground cabling work, then another engineer came out who said no it needs work doing at the top of the telegraph pole. A week later and the second engineer finally admitted that it needs underground cabling work doing and that it would be sorted soon. Everytime I speak to Fleur they said they are escalating the job but nothing is done, and now it looks like it probably won't now be done until after the Christmas holiday

Shocking Company - Beware!
My father passed away last year and up until we received probate we were unable to access my fathers bank accounts. Since October we started receiving letters from Fleur Telecom saying there was a late payment on the account but no mention that we were getting charged because of this. We paid all the invoices that came through on a monthly basis but was surprised that the bills were so high!.
In February I phoned Fleur to ask them why we had not received any invoices and the answer was that it was paperless billing. Obviously we were unaware of this as did not have

Living in the middle of nowhere is no fun. Unless you have Fleur as your provider. I have tried TalkTalk, who talk the talk but definitely do not walk the walk. However Fleur, I will gladly recommend. By the sounds of their agents, especially a certain David, they will walk to the end of bloody earth for you. I just wanted to give David a big hug after he dealt with my query, he was my knight in shining armour, a man I usually would have VERY graphic dreams about. (Thats a story for another day). Good day.

The worst company I have ever had to deal with!!!
I did not want to even give 1 star but i wanted to post this review to share the stress this company has put me through.
Firstly they demanded for a £170 call out charge which I was not invoiced. They said they send me an invoice as soon as I pay it but still yet to receive it.
Secondly they amended my account details WITHOUT my permission. I have been trying to get them to correct it for the last 6 months. They say that it will be done but 6 months on and It still has not been changed. I keep getting told that someone would call me back but
