A business line with provide you with a much quicker response time, on average a residential fault with take around 5 working days to be resolved, whereas a business line with L A Comms on average take 24-48hours to be resolved.

I moved to different telecom company. Phone calls after another. My contract finish with La comms 2 years ago but I stayed. Anyway when we said cancel it. La comms said I must give them 6 months Notice (who does this) otherwise I must pay £90 termination fee. My contract finished 2 years ago. Now my business line suspended. Absolutely disgusting. 6 months notice is too much

Outstanding service. We moved our business telephone services from BT to LA Comms and will never go back. It felt like a brave move at the time however Adam and team promised that it would be a straightforward transition and it turned out to be exactly that. It's nice to use a local firm who are super responsive and also extremely easy to contact. The exact opposite of BT in our experience!!!

We had a few issues with our account and lines, I was fortunate to get Michelle as my contact, she could not do enough to help, problems were resolved with in 36 hrs, Michelle was helpful, knowledgeable and very courteous and polite. She even got us a better contract than the one we were on, saved my company money, Thank you Michelle

I have just changed my telephone over to LA Comms Ltd things didn't go too smoothly with the change over due to the other company but LA Comms couldn't have been more helpful , when you ring up you always seem to speak to the same person who knows who you are and knows what the problem is so you don't need to start explaining everything from the beginning each time. I can't recommend them enough even Paul the accounts manager came out to try and sort the problem, from a very satisfied customer

I have LA COMMS for my phone line and am very happy with them. The cost and service are excellent. I contacted Luke about them providing me with broadband. He came to visit and explained everything in detail. I am just sorting out a problem with my current provider and then I will move my broadband. I am very happy with LA COMMS and would recommend them for anyone.

LA Comms were recommended to me by someone else in our trade, I got Luke in to discuss our requirements and to compare costs which he managed to beat, even though our supplier at that time insisted were the cheapest prices around... the transition between companies were seamless, this also included my ADSL. Luke was on hand to provide support on the migration day but there were no issues what so ever... Highly recommended.

I would recommend any new business to utilise the services of LA Comms. I referred Luke to my GP Surgery, although Luke wasn't able to assist the Surgery with their requirements, they were contracted to another provider, the feedback I received was that they saw Luke's attitude as being very professional and very experienced in what he knows about the Telecoms industry. They would certainly consider LA Comms when their contract with their current provider expires.
