Gwernydd Hall is a paradise for families, with a fun-filled children's activity programme on offer including swimming lessons, archery sessions and a movie den with regular films streamed to keep them busy. Adults can enjoy a swim and relax in the on-site spa followed by a home cooked meal and drink in the 'Gwernydd Arms'.
After recent communication and guidance from the British Holiday Homes & Parks Association (BH&HPA) and careful consideration from Salop Caravans Sites and Bywater Leisure Parks Ltd the decision has been made to close by midnight 22/03/2020. Until such time is safely to re-open.

Amazing time visiting our friends for the day again. We love it so much here that we're now considering buying our own van on site.
Amazing leisure facilities, including a pool area, cafe, pub, play park, dog park and, the part we love the most, the river and pools at the bottom end where you can swim and paddle to your hearts content.

I went for a meal with my wife and family at Gwernydd Hall Holiday Park Restaurant on saturday 24th july 2021.The food and drink was excellent and the service was tremendous. Very friendly clean place and the staff were very helpful. Thoroughly recommend the Park and as a visitor the use of the coffee shop and bar/restaurant was first class. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Buyers beware...
I was looking to purchase a caravan on this site which is in a lovely location but all does not appear to be quite what it seems.
Their website shows the fees for the year which states exclusive use of various facilities - their Facebook page however states that members of the public can purchase spa days and have access to the pool too.
This does not seem that exclusive - if I am paying £4K in fees then I expect the facilities to only be available to me or my fellow caravan owners.
When I visited the site I had a walk down to the plots near the river and had a chat with some

We love our visits to Gwernydd Hall ..it is in beautifully kept grounds in amazing surrounding views. There is plenty to do on the park, great local walks and lots of interesting areas to visit including the beautiful coastline of North Wales. But we must say the site personnel are very friendly and are very approachable. The restaurant is lovely and the food menu is excellent. We look forward to our next visit.
