Tracy is super helpful, completely knowledgeable about all aspects of the process and is always able to answer my questions. Tracy worked relentlessly in my most recent move to help me get my transaction across the line before the chain collapsed and I couldn't have done it without her. FX Mortgages are everything you need in a mortgage company, their knowledge of the market and products is second to none, in addition to being really easy and pro-active to work with. We've been working with them for years because they always do a great job no matter the scenario.
At the start of this year they saved the whole chain of our new home purchase when a member of the chain had an issue with their mortgage - we recommended FX and FX found a solution for the buyer further down the chain that meant the whole chain completed still - absolutely amazing!
