We rented a car from these guys for 2 weeks in Oct 2020. Car was returned and everything signed off correctly. After several phone calls and attempts to get the deposit back, it has not been returned. They always say it has been done and when I check a few weeks later, money is not been received.
I do not recommend them.

A very unprofessional company. The deposit of £500 for a van hire was supposed to be returned in 2 weeks, despite chasing with 3 phonecalls and 2 emails they would not respond and we only got back the deposit nearly 5 weeks after and even then by turning up to their office and insisting on an immediate refund. I was about to take them to court had they refused to return it. I had even referred a couple of friends and family to use their services, thankfully they hadn't yet. I will never use their services again.
