Absolutely first-class service. We needed to transfer a group of wedding guests from church to local reception venue and wanted a straightforward small bus, but definitely not an old routemaster (which seem to be the universal option nowadays, but are not to my daughter's taste). AR came to the rescue with two minibuses at a great price. Their office were superb, endlessly helpful and patient with my stream of emails and even sorting everything out when I realised I had made a mistake on the booking form.
