Gosfield Hall can be found in Constable Country, glorious rural Essex, only 30 minutes from Stansted and easily accessible from the M11. A meandering driveway through pretty parkland leads you to the imposing front of the house. Through the gateway, guests are welcomed into a tranquil inner courtyard, centered around a fountain filled with ornamental carp.
Set within 10 acres of lawns, gardens and parkland, Gosfield Hall contains grand and elegant reception rooms that blend style and comfort. The Grand Salon provides an impressive welcome for your guests, with its high hand-painted ceiling, double-height sash windows, roaring log fire and baby grand piano.
Make an entrance with the 120-foot-long aisle in Queen Charlotte's oak-paneled gallery or opt for an al fresco affair in the inner courtyard on warmer days. We recently got married at Gosfield Hall. It was like a fairytale wedding for us. We and the guests had an amazing time!
Our original wedding coordinator resigned a month before our wedding date so we were a bit hesitant. However, our new wedding coordinator, Faye Carter, did a fantastic job! She ran the day very well and smoothly, kept us informed with all of the day details and also kept us on track with the time. She also helped to brighten up the whole day event! We're thankful to have Faye ran our wedding day. If we could do it all over again, Faye will definitely still be our wedding coordinator

My husband and I recently got married at Gosfield Hall. It was such an amazing day, beautiful grand venue, stunning grounds, delicious food and great staff! It was perfect!! We were meant to get married in Italy and we’re so glad we moved the wedding to Gosfield Hall! Lucy, our was so attentive, professional and patient! The whole experience (particularly during covid) was made easier by the team. 100% recommendation!

Lovely wedding venue in a beautiful setting. Absolutely stunning exteriors and beautiful interiors with atmosphere of historic grandeur. I photographed a wedding there recently and really enjoyed it. Great facilities, professional and attentive staff (especially our wedding coordinator!) and delicious food. Lovely vibe all around! Would recommend it to anyone looking to get married in the area.
