Really disappointed with what I got! Also member of staff was really rude and obnoxious 😡😡 What I was expecting (2nd pic)...what I actually got (1st pic) you can’t even make out over 50% off the writing!! Member of staff had the audacity to say I was being fussy! Think she needs some customer service training 🤦🏽♀️

Ordered baby blue buttercream icing cupcakes to reveal my baby’s gender, turned up and they was dark blue. Had them changed and the colour still wasn’t great. Tried the cupcake and the icing was full of grease and took multiple hand washes to remove the colouring off and tasted of pure butter and the sponge was rock hard! Very disappointed and would never recommend to use this place!!

After reading the reviews I went along to order a cake for my mum's 80th Birthday. I picked it up the next day and was not disappointed with how it looked, however when we cut into it , I must admit I was very disappointed. There was two extremely thin sponges and the rest was cream. Although I thought the price reasonable at the time of ordering, I expected a cake to be just that....a cake with decorative cream, not cream with a hint of cake.
