We couldn’t recommend Pendle Hill Properties enough, they sold our house in a day of it being on the market however when our circumstances changed, they pulled out all stops and re-sold our property within a week. Sold our property within 7 days of going on the market. Tom came to see us, explained the sales process clearly and within 4 days, the photos were taken and the property was in the market. Joe dealt with approx 6 back to back viewings.

We bought and sold with Pendle Hill and couldn't fault their service at all. The photographs that were taken were amazing and my property was under offer after one viewing. When my original buyer had to pull out, Pendle Hill got it back under offer within a day meaning that we didn't lose out on the property we were purchasing. The things that set Pendle Hill apart are their local knowledge, the fact they are proactive and the way Andrew responds to emails pretty much as soon as you hit send! The whole team are friendly and you just feel like you can trust them to make moving house stress free
