I instructed AJ Properties as a result of a bad experience with a previous agent. From the outset they were exceptionally professional in the manner which they dealt with the hand over and ensured a smooth transition. They dealt with the tenant and contacted me whenever there was the smallest of issues in respect of the property and when there was, it was dealt with immediately. Happy tenant and happy landlord. I have no hesitation in recommending AJ Properties

AJ properties are the place to rent from.
They are so compassionate to any life situations, we have had a struggle this year and we’ve been very looked after by AJ. I won’t rent from anyone else. I believe with any other agency we’d of been asked to leave. Thank you AJ for everything you’ve done for us

I have just started my relationship with A J properties and so far they have been absolutely amazing. Arranged a viewing for a property and had been dealing with Sue in the office and she is wonderful. Peter who showed me around was a true professional and very approachable while showing me around. Since applying and being accepted for the property, Sue has continued amazing customer service and will certainly recommend using them to anyone.
