Ridgeway Manufacturing was established in 2001. Located at the hub of the West Midlands manufacturing region, the company was keen to take advantage of the exceptional design and manufacturing skills that the area is renowned for. The company currently employs over twenty design, manufacturing and sales staff at its modern Black Country manufacturing facility.
Ridgeway's customer base for our range of forklift attachments is testament to the quality of our products. Quite simply, they return time after time for new products. We are approved to ISO9001:2015 assessed by Lloyd's. All of our materials are sourced from quality approved carefully selected suppliers.
From our 30,000 sq foot factory we have the capacity to produce both large volume production runs and one off specials. Our current facilities include. Ridgeway Manufacturing are experts in the design and manufacture of forklift truck attachments.
All this work is carried out "In House" to ensure that our customers receive a one stop solution to meet their needs. Where standard products are not available we work closely with our customers to produce a bespoke product specific to their requirements.

Traditionally reinforcing bar for the construction industry has been delivered to site in canvas bags, but not always safely. On numerous occasions the weight and shape of the bars has caused the bags to rip with the potential to cause serious accidents.
A large automotive pressing company approached Ridgeway Steel to design and manufacture a stillage with the capacity to transport from between 28-32 sunroof assemblies from the UK to Eastern Europe.It was vital that the assemblies were kept apart so as to prevent them getting damaged during transport.

Our range of heavy duty tipping skips and self-tipping forklift skips (also known as roll forward skips), allow you to transport waste material out of the facility to a waste compactor, in a more efficient and safe manner than removing it by hand, using a forklift truck. Our range is manufactured in the UK and fully tested to meet the highest UK & EU regulations.
