We have our own business and the forklift has been down since yesterday we called this business to have it repaired we were told 9.30am and we are still waiting at 1.05pm for them, everytime we call to ask where they are we are told, "we were just about to call the driver" or "hes stuck on a job" an LTS van has drove past and has not come back, weve had to send out lads home for the day and cancel all our deliveries, we wouldn't have minds if they were around an hour late but 3hr 30mins is unbelievable
