Our business recently procured plant. The sales and aftersales service was very good. Unfortunately the piece of plant had a fault which was identified and corrected by the company. Communication throughout was very good. It took a little time to resolve although this was understandable during the pandemic. Hayley, Alex & Craig were professional and understanding throughout and resolved the issue which has resulted in a very satisfied customer. Thankyou!

Just want to recommend this company. Alex the sales manager is a proper credit to your company. No problem is to big for him. He is such a great guy who explains everything. I was given a task of finding our 1st forklift by my manager and to be honest I didn’t have a clue what we needed but Alex found us the right truck for our needs. The truck is great. Delivery time a little slow but I didn’t mind because has I see it I want my truck to be right and they sure did deliver a great forklift truck. Freshly repainted in original colours my hyster electric looked like new. Courtesy Call I had yesterday from Haley superb After care to make sure everything was working good.
Great warranty times. They even waited over there closing time so I could come and demonstrate the truck. Very impressed with the overall outcome will come back to your company when we expand. Thank you 😊

We were looking for good advice on the right truck for narrow isle use and were not making much progress with our existing contacts to I turned to Google and contacted Trucks Direct. Outstanding service, first class delivery and excellent equipment exactly as described. I feel obliged to post a positive review after a great experience dealing with Trucks Direct. Very simple and straight forward website took me straight to the forklift we needed. Alex in sales dealt with every aspect of our purchase, which lead to prompt delivery and a truck that was fully prepared and in great shape, with all the paperwork and even a spare key. Alex the salesman very helpful and nothing was a big ask for him. I was always changing my mind and Alex dealt with everything very professional. I ask Alex to paint my truck in my company colours which looked great when it arrived.
They even printed out my company logos and put them on my truck. (No extra charge for the stickers) and they sent out extras in case I needed them.
I had a lovely lady named Julie call me a couple of days ago she called it a courtesy call to make sure everything was ok with my truck and if I was still

Trucks Direct were brilliant. Once I identified the type of truck I required. They went through all the options with me; so that I could make an informed decision on which truck fitted my needs the best.
I was able to go up and inspect and test the truck at their site; This gave me peace of mind that it was indeed the truck for me.
Delivery was on time. Even then when I decided I needed longer forks, they were quite happy to swap them.
The truck runs well.
