Kippford - one of the most idyllic locations in South-West Scotland. The perfect holiday setting for those who wish to avoid noisier resorts and the crowded, bustling city centre. With Dumfries and Galloway known as 'Scotland's Riviera' for its rocky headlands, historical abbeys and picturesque landscapes, Kippford is the ideal seaside village for your next break, whatever the weather.
Escape from the world for a few days and experience a forestry break at your own private getaway. We take pride in the quality of our Scottish Tourist Board Certified 4-Star lodges 'Bengairn' and 'Kipphaven', situated within 'Kipp Paddock', an exclusive development of ten lodges, overlooking a charming landscaped lochan and beautiful gardens.

Services
While Kippford itself has plenty to offer, the wider region of Dumfries has its own share of hidden gems. You have the choice of numerous forest footpaths, leading to and from the site, with the neighbouring village of Rockcliffe just a short walk through the countryside. There you can take in the views of Rough Island, Hestan Island, the Solway Firth and the Cumbrian Coast.
The village of Kippford is only a 10 minute stroll downhill from our lodges. You can visit the local Ark gift shop for some locally-made ice cream, try a traditional home-cooked meal at the Anchor Hotel or have a few drinks in the beer garden at the Mariner Hotel and watch the sun go down over the yachts.
We are so happy you have decided to come and experience Kippford Forest Lodges. Whether a romantic weekend getaway or a week away with family or friends for a week, we are sure that you will have a great time staying with us. We have three booking blocks, each including a late afternoon check-in of 4.00pm and a morning check-out of 10:00am.

Lovely park
Vans are high end , very clean ,well looked after and well appointed
Good privacy not packed in like barracks so you have a real sense of seclusion
Wildlife abounds including red squirrels and there are plenty of places worth visiting in the near proximity
This is a holiday park on top of its game and one of the best I've visited and stayed in... I can wholeheartedly commend it
