K & B Motors are brilliant. Mark Soutar was a pleasure to deal with and I received excellent customer service. I was kept informed of what was going on, what to expect and all of my queries were answered very clearly.
The repair to the car was superb and the price was very reasonable and came in bang on quote.

I took my car to K&B motors for an estimate for bodywork repair and was phoned later in the day with an estimate which I accepted. The car was booked in for work to commence a few days later. My poor car looked in a sorry state when I took it in and when I collected it after the work was done I could not believe what a brilliant job they had done.

Sadly we have to go to Mark at K&B from time to time as you never really want to dink your car!! However when you do, the service and workmanship is top notch and turnaround fast. Mark and his team are highly professional, always friendly and courteous and if ever getting your car repaired is a pleasure... then it is here!

Service and workmanship was excellent. I would highly recommend K & B Autos. Mark carried out the work on our lease car just before it was due for return. He knew exactly what they would be looking and potentially charging for, and corrected all the little dents and scrapes just before the return. His judgement and knowledge was exactly correct as, after the work Mark had carried out, they did not charge for any bodywork issues and the bill was considerably less than it would have been if I hadn't involved Mark.
