I love Sarah and Lel's funeral Co. It doesn't feel like a company at all just 2 very warmhearted ladies serving families at a very stressful time. Their calm and understanding presence is very healing and takes a lot of the fear out of the process. They both clearly love people (living or deceased!) and this shines through everything they do for you.

Having never organised a funeral before, I wanted my Mother's "celebration of her life" to be a very special occasion. Lel guided me through everything; she was calm, professional, very respectful and offered me (and our family members) a great deal of support at a very difficult time - nothing was too much trouble. The ladies at Wallace Stuart are charming, courteous, empathetic and professional. There was an issue we had which was dealt with calmy, tactfully and graciously. We were informed at every step, and guided when we asked for guidance. They always spent as much time with us as we felt we needed, we never felt rushed. They responded to all our queries via email and phone very promptly. They certainly made a very difficult time in our lives so much easier to bear. I would not have any hesitation in recommending them.

I shortlisted 3 funeral directors and after speaking to each decided to go with Wallace Stuart, in retrospect an excellent choice. Sarah and Lel gave a professional yet very personal service throughout the period we made arrangements. At no time did I feel rushed or pressed to make any decisions, although in hindsight we were a bit close to some deadlines this was handled so tactfully I didn't really notice. At all times they were considerate and sympathetic, always listening and making sure that every detail was as I wished. The end result, the service and arrangements, were exactly as I'd envisaged
