Fareham Osteopathic Centre was established over 30 years ago by Terry Alldridge because he believed strongly that we all deserve to enjoy the best of long-term health. But of course, not everything is under our control, and most of us will at some point suffer an injury or develop chronic aches and pains.
Cain trained at the College of Osteopaths in North London. Cain is a keen sports person who enjoys playing football, golf and cricket. Through his sporting interests Cain has developed his skills in treating sports injuries using myofacial, muscle energy and good all round structural osteoapthic techniques.
Anxiety also extends to providing help with fears and phobias. That's things like a fear of flying, heights or dentists but also includes helping the people who are fed up of being teased about things like a fear of spiders or frogs. I am a qualified Hypnotherapist and Integral Eye Movement Therapy Practitioner and I am registered with several professional bodies.
Janette is fully qualified in reflexology, massage and aromatherapy with over 20 years experience of treating a range of conditions. As a Member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists, with an IIHHT Diploma in Reflexology, NCVQ Certificate in Body Massage, and NVQ Level 3 in Aromatherapy, she can provide a varied range of treatments to suit your individual requirements.
After a number of years in business and raising my family, I achieved my life-long ambition to work in health and medicine. I studied a four-year, full-time Chiropody & Podiatry course at The London Foot Hospital - University College London - where I obtained a BSc Honours degree.
All registered Chiropodists and Podiatrists train in medicine and anatomy, covering many diseases including Diabetes, Arthritis, Heart and Circulation, Biomechanics, skeletal problems, etc.At the London Foot Hospital, we studied alongside the medical students, and underwent three years of manual-skills training and practice, treating real patients.

A lovely center, all of the staff are lovely and approachable. I'm still receiving treatment and feel very well looked after by my Osteopath. I'm looking forward to the future as i feel i finally have a care plan that i can stick too. I'd recommend any of my friends and family here if the needed help, without hesitation. I really love that you can book online and I always get a quick response if i have any questions.

My daughter, 15, had a ski accident in February, twisting badly her ankle. For nine months we went back and forwards from the hospital with no results. In the end the physiotherapist in hospital explained the horrible swelling as a 'magic' trick of the brain caused by anxiety over her pain. Unbelievable!! I found Cain searching for an Osteopath on the Web and the reviews were fantastic.
My daughter was pain free after the first session and the ankle was sorted after other two.
And all this with no pain at all during the treatment!
For me Cain is the best and I'll never stop recommending him

I'm 72 years old and very active. I do triathlons for fun among other things like rock and roll dancing. When I have an issue I book in and they sort me out and have done since early 2000. They help me to keep my training going and relatively pain free. I have tried other but I like constancy of care which they give. I have recommended many and anyone who has taken my recommendations have thanked me.

If I am being honest, I was sceptical attending my appointment would achieve a great deal (Having been referred to NHS for Physio which barely touched the problem) I left my appointment feeling like somebody had "switched" the pain off and actually felt validated that I had a problem I was made to feel comfortable from the moment I made the first phone call till I left the appointment Happy to recommend to all!

I have been using this Osteopathic Centre for a number of years and cannot recommend it highly enough! I have an ongoing problem with my shoulder and the muscles tighten over time and cause me a lot of pain, especially when trying to sleep. Cain works wonders each time I go and helps me manage it really well. My husband also visits on the odd occasion that he needs help and Cain will nearly always sort the problem out in one visit. Thanks Cain, where would be without you!

Amazing! Hobbled in with lower back problems and left walking upright. Two follow up half sessions and now making fantastic progress. Even returned to the gym recently and light training is going well.
You will find the staff at Fareham Osteopathic Centre very pleasant, respectful and professional. I'm constantly recommending their services, (wonder if I qualify for discount) LOL. Thank you and keep up the great work guy's. :)
