Ellinbrook Guest House, a Four Star "Gold" bed & breakfast accommodation. Situated on the beautiful west Norfolk coast, just minutes from Hunstanton town centre, beach and bus station; with off-street parking (for all rooms) and secure bicycle storage, it is the perfect base to explore the Norfolk countryside.
Sandringham is the much-loved country retreat of her Majesty the Queen, and has been the private home of four generations of British Monarchs since 1862. The amazing Sea Life Centre in Hunstanton is very close to us. With so much to see and do there, it is a fabulous way to spend a day exploring the underwater world that is so close to us!
This west facing second floor double room enjoys a view of the sea from the side window. Compact in design, it is decorated and furnished in shabby chic style. The modern en-suite is designed to make the most of the space and includes a spacious shower. This pretty room provides comfort with style and we are happy to let it for single occupancy.
Located just behind the B&B on Chapel Lane overlooking the Spinney Green in the centre of Hunstanton, a 5 minute walk to the beach and the long promenade and the Norfolk Coastal path. Phoebe's is a 1 bedroom (King bed) 1st floor apartment with contemporary styling. The rooms are light and airy and the living room and bedroom both have distant sea views.

We enjoyed a two night stay at this lovely six bedroomed B&B. Approx. 10 minute walk to the promenade.
Room immaculate and well equipped with a good sized bathroom. Spotless throughout and new carpets in the bedroom & public areas.
Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and the food was good quality and well cooked.
Only gripe was TV a little bit on the small side for the size of room. But that's just nitpicking.
If you are staying in Hunstanton this little B&B is definitely worth the money (£85 per night at the time of our stay)

Absolutely lovely stay. Room and bathroom immaculately clean. Hosts are really accommodating and welcoming. Breakfast was lovely and filling.
Cost is reasonable for what service and accommodation you receive.
For me the only let down was the mattress otherwise would of given 5 stars.
Would love to return in the near future.

Great location 5 mins from sea and shops, quiet and beautifully decorated. Welcomed us in, very friendly and made us feel at home.We even had access to a fridge with fresh milk and whatever drinks we wanted to keep cool 😁oh wow when we saw our room and bathroom, like a spa with the toiletries. Just knew the breakfast would be top quality. Will definitely come back! Thank you

Ellingbrook Guest House. You will not be disappointed when you arrive here. Book your parking space as in a popular area. The Guest House has parking at the back. Gardens are cheerful and inviting. Excellent Covid Regulations in place. Beautifully decorated and cared for with love. Richard and Nichola very professional. Breakfasts cooked to a high standard in a bright cheerful dining room. Bedrooms and ensuite high quality standard with good toiletry products and decor. Bed very comfortable and fresh crisp linen. Beautifully serviced room. Well provided tourist information if you need it.

Warm and friendly welcome, my room was decorated lovely with special finishing touches. Facilities for beverages in the room and it was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful with good choice of options. Five minutes walk from the town centre with parking behind the accommodation. Thank you both once again for a relaxing stay, see you soon.
