At Dujon Taekwondo, we devote ourselves providing quality traditional martial arts instruction to all of our students. We place a strong emphasis on improving our mind and body the Taekwondo way. You'll enjoy the training, it's fast, fun and a full Olympic martial art sport which enables students to progress in competition sparring, pattern-work, and self-defence.

One hour FREE taekwondo taster session for anyone new to Dujon Taekwondo or completely new to the sport, this free taekwondo lesson is perfect for anyone who would like to try Taek-Won-do! The session is designed to to give you a free insight and experience Taekwondo at Dujon Taekwondo, Free lessons are instructed by Master Earl Dujon (5th Dan) Korean trained instructor with over fifteen years experience of teaching traditional Korean Taekwondo.
Dujon Taekwondo have designed a self defence and fitness class just for ladies, enabling ladies to learn self defence techniques to help you feel confident and strong in any situation. Women's self defence is very important, you'll also become very fit too! You will learn Taekwon-do patterns and self defence techniques from the Olympic sport Taekwondo.
There are many benefits for children learning Taekwondo, through the 15 years of teaching Taekwondo we have witnessed them first hand. Keeping them active and fit is a huge positive using Taekwondo kids. Kids Taekwondo helps children develop self-control and respect for people while building fantastic relationships with friends and other students.
Our typical Taekwondo lesson: We start with warming up the body. As injuries can be sustained when muscles are cold it is very important to listen to the instructions when doing the warm up exercises. Typically this can last for up to 15 minutes. Next, we move onto practising blocks, kicks and punches, gradually moving to combinations of all.
The meaning of Taekwondo; It is a Korean form of self-defence, combination of combat technique, sport, exercise, entertainment, and philosophy. Taekwondo literally means "the way of the hand and foot". The origins of Tae Kwon Do can be traced back to the Kokuryo Dynasty some 1500 hundred years ago.

Dujon Taekwondo is an amazing club as all instructors teach with heart and passion, they also emphasise on discipline so that the body and mind is both relaxed and ready. Dujon Taekwondo also teach how could be taekwondo used for self-defense which is very effective for everyone as we could apply these teachings to defend ourselves or others. Also when i joined Dujon Taekwondo i was treated with the same respect with someone who has been training much longer then me, so regardless of what belt rank you are or how long you have been training for everyone is treated with the same respect, which is

Exceptional Tae Kwon Do School with highly experienced teachers, can’t recommend enough, this school is not after your money unlike other schools!! Instead they focus on the students and their potential. Both my girls go and each session they look forward to it, great place, great energy and a world of knowledge from the instructors 👍🏼

Our son has been learning Taekwondo for over 3 years in the US and we transferred to the UK recently. He’s been part of Dujon taekwondo club for over 6 months now. Neeresh and Omar have been amazing teachers and mentors to our 11 year old. They’ve taken a lot of personal interest in his development, encouraging him constantly while also keeping him challenged. We are very glad we found this club. Would strongly recommend to beginners and advanced practitioners!

I would recommend Dujon Tkd to any wish to enter the sport. I have been going for a number of years, and love both the sport and atmosphere. As a newbie I have found the instructors very encouraging and patient, all the members are really friendly and made me feel very welcome. Taekwondo helps in many areas of life not only fitness. I would definitely recommend Dujon Taekwondo - Earl is a fantastic instructor. They are based at Queensmead Sports Centre in south ruislip so it's very easy to get to from Harrow or Uxbridge too.
