IWKA Wing Chun is a special type of Wing Tjun which takes its philosophy from the Three Treasures of Chinese Martial Arts: Health, Philosophy and the Martial Part. Biography of Sifu Sergio At a tender age of six, the journey of Sifu Sergio Pascal Ladarola, the GM of IWKA, of becoming a professional martial art master began in Amsterdam.

With over 15 years experience, we have seen the positive changes in children during the Kung Fu trainings. No other sport can change them in so many ways. See that your child gets more self-confidence and energy.
We are serious martial arts players, to become an IWKA martial arts instructor, you join IWKA martial art as a student and start with learning our martial arts syllabuses, we will guide you from whatever level you are to get the IWKA martial arts instructor certificate. Once being tested by an IWKA Master, you start running your own class.

I have attended some of Sifu Chris’ guided meditations and thought they were amazing.
Sifu Chris has a very soothing voice which is perfect for putting your mind and body at ease which leads you to relax far easier.
Chris was attentive to every person checking they were comfortable and understood what to do. It shows he really cares not just about this art form But also about those attending.
I can really see my flexibility improving and an effective way to release the daily tension by attending these classes. I don’t have a hesitation in recommending Sifu Chris to anyone who may be interested

Simply Inspirational! Sifu Chris explains in simplistic layman's terms the visualisation help to achieve the goal of every technique offered on any level. You quickly begin use his visual direction to lead you to fulfilling your internal and external ambitions. Sets the tone and standards you want to achieve for yourself. I really enjoyed this meditation class. Loved the body and leg stretches at the start, and could probably do with a bit more of those, as they allowed my body to relax before my mind relaxed, so that aspect was really beneficial for me.
I found the meditations themselves (3-4 of them) really helpful, I was able to let go. Lots of yawning as my body and mind released!
I did find my legs aching after a while in the lotus position so I just moved them till I was more comfortable. I’m not a fan of ‘no pain no gain’!
The session length was great, 45mins to an hour was just right for me.

Great instruction and great guidance. Meditation always seems like one of those tasks that people struggle with the most and feel they should be able to do anywhere. I certainly struggle with it anyway. However going and participating in a class means you gather with other like minded people and learn the tools of the practice while doing it to take with you where ever you go.

Chris is very good. A brilliant experience – Chris is a great teacher and the others in my group made it all the more enjoyable. Came away with new life skills which I still employ more than a year down the line. Can't recommend this highly enough.

If you're in the need for a serious Body , Mind and Soul MOT / Service then please cast your energy towards Sufi Chris and join. These classes are absolutely essential and ideal if you need to be guided by a proper professional like Chris. Each session is completely user friendly and open to all ( beginners - advance) and whoever ultimately needs a break from this crazy world and enter a spiritual journey. Fully recommended.

A very enjoyable practice of Meditation and breathing exercises, both seated and standing, which were explained, demonstrated, and then praticed by the group. For me, was a good addition to my internal training for taiji, and deeper internal martial art training. Good group session, well explained and all seemed to gain from the experience. Would reccomend.
