I have had 5 different quotes from different damp proofing companies. Creative Contracts was the only company who sent the same person to do the survey and the actual work. For me, this was a good way to vet the person/people who will be in your house day in and day out. I was lucky to have James and his brother work on my property that required damp proofing on the entire ground floor. They provided with the best solution, no added nonsense to make more money, on time, efficient, and trust worthy. Even my other contractors working in my property had nothing but positive thing to say about James
